This Commission Policy outlines how HireAnything calculates and collects commission fees from Service Providers (vendors) for bookings made through our platform. Our commission structure is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the value we provide to our partners.

Standard commission rate: 20% across the platform
Commission is automatically deducted from customer payment before payout
Membership plans can reduce commission rates (Basic: 10%, Premium: 5%, Elite: 0% on eligible categories)
Six categories always carry 20% commission regardless of membership plan (Skip Hire, Storage Hire, Tutor Services, DJ Services, Beauty Services, Venue Hire)
Transport Hire can benefit from Elite Plan and receive 0% commission
No upfront or listing fees - commission only on completed bookings
All payments held in escrow until service completion, then paid within 24 hours
